It’s evident that our wrestlers are among the best high school competitors in this area when two RLA students face off against each other for a silver medal.

On Monday, December 4, the Loyalists faced off against the Eastdale Eagles, in front of a home crowed of staff and students, for their first game of the season. RLA was hoping to begin the season with a victory on home court as they’d done in last week’s pre-season match up against DSBN where they managed to steal a 28 to 26 victory in the last two minutes of the fourth quarter. 

A Coy boys attended their first Volleyball Tournament at Cayuga Secondary School on Tuesday, competing against four other schools and hopeful to make playoffs.

Will Kulidjian, Tom Zunik, Wyatt Kinsella and Justin Gagne participated in the 33rd Annual West Lincoln Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, November 25.

RLA had two competitors who travelled to Stage 3a, provincial level biathlon at CFB Borden this week. Additionally, Duncan Larmer was asked for as a support cadet having been used in that role at other RCAC events.

Senior Volleyball Team Loses Out in First Round Playoffs

After a long exhibition season our Loyalist cross country team was ready to attack the day at Zone last Wednesday Oct. 25/2023. The day started off with Pedran Jenkins improving his time once again and advancing to SOSSA as an individual for novice boys. Pedran finished fourth place for his event.

Groups of boys have taken advantage of the warm weather to canoe up and down the Welland River that runs along the edge of RLA property.

Everyone at RLA knows “Coach J” is an excellent coach who works hard for our students. Now, the entire world knows too!
