In August the Academy received the sad news that former Headmaster LCol (retired) Ryan Smid had passed away after a tough battle with pancreatic cancer. A Celebration of Life for Col Smid has been planned for Saturday, Nov 18.

The Celebration of Life will take place at Moss Park Armoury, 130 Queen St East, Toronto, from 1 pm to 5 pm. This is a “come and go tea”, all are welcome to drop in at any time between 1 and 5 pm. There will be an informal remembrance at 2 pm.
